    Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) in BC have the highest level of training in orthopedic and postural assessment, treatment techniques and rehabilitative exercise in North America.

    Therapeutic massage is used to treat a wide variety of ailments, such as headaches, chronic muscle tension, tendonitis, runner’s knee, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, shoulder pain, low back pain, whiplash and more. We use specific postural and orthopedic testing to locate the cause of your pain.A customized treatment plan can be developed by your RMT to alleviate your symptoms, address any underlying causes and prevent your symptoms from returning.

  • Fascial Stretch Therapy

    Fascial stretch therapy (FST) is a pain-free type of manual therapy using table-based assisted stretching performed by a certified practitioner. It uses movement through a series of stretches to unlock tension in the deepest layers of tissues. The aim of FST is to unravel restrictions in the fascia and joints, relax the hold the nervous system has on the tissue, and open up the joint space. The benefits of FST are to facilitate achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance and pain relief. Fascial stretch therapy can benefit people of all ages and activity levels. Those with poor posture, sit too much, regularly train, are active, rehabilitating an injury, or experiencing chronic back pain can benefit from FST. Additionally, FST has benefits in alleviating stress, digestion, and overall mental well-being.

  • Facial Massage

    This treatment is a combination of intra-oral TMJ, Sculptural face lifting Russian Buccal massage , scalp and neck massage. Luxury Natural Oils are used, it has an intra-oral component and can be vigorous at times. Facial massage is great for increasing blow flow, decreasing face tension - especially in the mimic muscles, jaw issues, headaches and overall relaxation. Oils and skin products used are from Sangra De Fruta, Living libations and our in house brand For Humanity combined with a hot towel.

  • Prenatal Massage

    Pregnancy massage, also known as prenatal massage, is a specialized massage therapy that is designed to support the physical and emotional well-being of pregnant women. It is a gentle and therapeutic form of massage that is tailored to the unique needs and changes that occur in a woman's body during pregnancy. During a pregnancy massage the therapist will use a pregnancy pillow or have the client in various positions ( side lying or semi fowlers) to make the massage as comfortable as possible. Pregnancy massage is safe throughout the entire pregnancy. Please book an initial or subsequent appointment and let your RMT know before your appointment.

  • Sports Massage

    Sports massage is a form of therapeutic massage specifically designed for athletes and individuals who engage in regular physical activity. It focuses on addressing the unique needs and requirements of athletes to help enhance performance, prevent injuries, and promote faster recovery.Sports massage can be beneficial for athletes of all levels, from recreational to professional.

    Our RMT’s have a keen interest specific sports, and have various treatment certifications. You can either choose a therapist based on the time that’s convenient for you or read through each therapists’ profile to find someone who has the requirements you need.

  • Hot Stone Massage

    A hot stone massage uses smooth, heated stones, made of basalt, to provide warmth and relax the muscles. During the treatment, the therapist places the hot stones on specific points along your body to promote relaxation and relieve tension. Additionally, the therapist may also use the stones as an extension of their hands, applying gentle pressure and gliding the stones along your muscles; this combination of heat and pressure helps to ease muscle stiffness, improve circulation, and calm the mind.
